The tough cookie, Gingerdead man returns for his 3rd outing, and possible is most hilarious in this retro style movie.

The movie…

The Gingerdead man escapes the research center for homicidal baked goods, thanks to a bunch of activists and of course a time machine that takes him back to the year, 1976 and being precise finds himself at a disco roller world where the 4th annual roller boogie Pageant contest is about to begin.

The owner, Trixie (Jackie Beat) confirms to the youngsters that the roller boogie club is financially struggling and looks set to close so a memorable night is to be had in which her niece, Cherry (Paris Wagner) a shy girl with powers of the mind, makes her debut there and against her aunts will and with support from a young, Randy (Steve Michael McLure) who works there decides to challenge for the roller boogie pageant title, though she does have a bitter rival, and current champ, the attractive Tammy (Kimberly Pfeffer) to deal with.

And while this is underway the Gingerdead man begins his murderous campaign in which one scene he uses, hydrochloric acid, and in another a nail gun…

It is soon down to Cherry and her mind powers and what remains of the boogie club, to try and stop the Gingerdead man, as he slaughters his way through the disco boogie goers…

However help is at hand, thanks to two young time travelling kids, both having found earlier the devise Gingerdead man had used to travel in time with and both returning with a bunch of interesting characters from world’s history in an attempt to put a stop to the crazed Gingerdead man and also to correct misfortune and not forgetting to save the club from closure…

And one interesting point to make, is this movie kind of plays a few tributes to movies from yesteryear, one being “Porky’s” I will say no more…

Well it leaves me to say, I personally love this franchise, why? It’s silly obscure viewing and entertaining, a great escape from reality TV; do bring us more, Full moon features…
